Part Time Property Administrator
(~15 Hours Per week)
As a growing property investment company in and around Guildford, we are looking to take on someone to help manage the daily tasks, support our tenants and help grow the business.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
● Manage property portfolio
● Advertise, conduct viewings, undertake references and complete tenancy agreements for new tenants
● Onboard tenants
● Regular property inspections
● Deal with any maintenance requests
● Track all compliance documentation and ensure the timely sharing of this
● Ownership of our property management system
● Log & track all financials
● Project manage new properties
● Assist with the finding of new projects
● Product sourcing
● Build a database of trusted traders for maintenance jobs
● Creation of basic websites and social media content
● Liaise with utility suppliers
● General admin
About You:
● Experience within lettings/property management
● 3+ years of admin skills
● Excellent working knowledge of word & excel
● Must be flexible – some viewings may be in the evenings or at weekends.
● Positive and friendly
● Keen eye for detail
● Proactive
● Must have a car
● Local to Guildford and able to work from a coworking space on regular occasions
What Do we Offer?
● Pay - £14.00 per hour
● Expected hours – 15 per week, however willingness to be flexible on this
