As our Group continues to grow, we are expanding our Marketing team and are now looking for a Social Media Manager to help tell our story, strengthen our digital presence, and showcase the unique products and expertise across all our brands. The Opportunity We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Social Media Manager to shape and grow the social presence of Ellis Mather Group and its associated brands. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and working under the guidance of the Creative Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Visual Content Manager to plan and produce compelling, platform-specific content. This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera and thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production Support the Creative Manager in delivering the content strategy across all Ellis Mather Group brands Confidently appear on camera for brand videos, demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content and trend-led storytelling Create and publish social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn Work closely with the Visual Content Manager to produce video and photography content Independently create and manage content where required Channel Management & Engagement Manage daily posting and scheduling across multiple brand channels Maintain content calendars and channel upkeep Respond to comments and simple enquiries, helping build a positive and engaged online presence Performance & Campaign Support Monitor content performance and share insights with the Creative Manager Contribute ideas and creative concepts to campaigns and brand storytelling Support social media elements of wider marketing campaigns across the Group About You You will thrive in this role if you: Have strong creative instincts and can share examples of your work Are confident both behind and in front of the camera Understand how different platforms work and what content performs well Are comfortable using a camera or eager to learn production skills Have strong communication and organisational skills Can flex your tone and style across multiple brands What We Offer The successful candidate will join a supportive, collaborative and creative working environment.
