Role Summary
We are seeking a Digital Editor & Videographer with 2–3 years' experience to join our growing production team. This six-month fixed-term contract role is hands-on and suited to a creative with strong technical skills, a passion for sport and culture and the ability to bring ideas to life across social, branded, and original formats. The role covers owned IP like Rio Ferdinand Presents and Boots, Balls and Bras, as well as new unscripted formats.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Shooting
* Capture high-quality video content across interviews, branded content, social formats and live events
* Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment both in-studio and on-location
* Ensure that the footage reflects the creative vision and meets the client/talent expectations
* Editing
* Edit short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc and branded campaigns
* Deliver engaging, dynamic edits optimised for multiple platforms
* Apply colour grading, audio mixing, graphics, and motion design where needed
* Creative Input
* Collaborate with the production and creative teams to shape treatments, storyboards, and content ideas
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sports, entertainment and digital content
* Production Support
* Support producers with kit prep, shoot logistics, and asset management
* Maintain organisation of footage, project files, and archive systems
* Budget management and internal reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
· years' professional experience shooting and editing video content (agency, production house, or in-house creative)
· Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and industry-standard camera equipment (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic or equivalent)
· Skilled in colour correction, sound editing, and motion graphics basics
· Strong eye for framing, lighting, and pacing
· Flexible and able to adapt to fast-paced, on-the-go production schedules
· Passion for sport, creators, and culture is a must
