Responsibilities
* As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
* The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers across busy shop floors, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
* Work closely with the management team, supporting the store in reaching targets, selling our collections to customers and ensuring the store looks fabulous at all times.
* You will be provided with training tools and product knowledge, and it will be up to you to make the most of it, learning and developing in a brand with opportunities to progress.
What will I be doing?
* The majority of time will be on the shop floor in a fast-paced, fun environment.
* Style customers in our latest collections, share detailed product knowledge and provide an exceptional brand experience.
* Actively maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensure product availability and uphold floor sets and standards.
* Stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders as part of the day-to-day, using digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
* Make service decisions to resolve issues while retaining customer loyalty and trust.
* Put the customer at the heart of everything you do and work as one AllSaints team to achieve the best result.
* Greet customers entering the store and tailor your approach to the purpose of their visit.
* Maintain housekeeping and staff areas to a high standard, showing pride in your surroundings.
* Work as one team with peers, seeking feedback to support growth and development.

About the location
Our outlet store in Gloucester Quays has been open since 2013. It is supported by a team of 21 selling previous season menswear and womenswear across one level and 2,500 sqft, usually trading from 10:00 to 19:00 (seasonal changes apply). Store location is approximately a 15 minute journey from Gloucester station.
