You’ll get to work across several areas, building both technical and people skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience across data management, market research, and client outreach, while learning how businesses turn information into action.
Duties and responsibilities
Main duties
Data Collection & Analysis:
* Gather information from internal records, public sources, and industry reports.
* Organise raw data into clear spreadsheets or HubSpot/Fidelo databases.
* Spot patterns, trends, and opportunities in the data to help us make better decisions.
Competitor Analysis:
* Research what other companies in our field are doing — from pricing to marketing campaigns.
* Compare their strategies to ours and help identify gaps or areas where we can stand out.
* Prepare short reports or presentations to share your findings with the team.
Data Input & Accuracy Management (HubSpot & Fidelo):
* Enter new contact information, lead details, and activity notes into our CRM systems.
* Double-check data for accuracy so our sales and marketing teams can rely on it.
* Maintain an organised system so information is easy to find when needed.
CRM Management:
* Sales Tracking & Updates
* Monitor ongoing sales activities in HubSpot and keep records up-to-date.
* Tag and categorise leads for better follow-up and reporting. o Help track which leads are progressing into customers.
Partner Information Management:
* Review all partner records in HubSpot to ensure details are complete and current.
* Reach out to partners (if needed) to confirm or update information.
Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
* Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce MC Academy.
* Support the preparation of outreach materials such as email templates, call scripts, and social posts.
* Log all outreach activity in the CRM so the team can follow up effectively.
Skills and experience
* A positive attitude and curiosity to learn.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable communicating via email, phone, and social media.
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (bonus points if you’ve touched HubSpot before — but not essential).
