About the role
ABC Teachers are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across our thriving Secondary Schools in Hall Green and the surrounding areas. This flexible, day-to-day role is perfect for university students, sports coaches, youth workers and anyone looking to take their first step into education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task with their pre-set work. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting students’ progress.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
* A confident and adaptable approach to classroom management
* Strong communication skills
* Ideally some experience working with young people ( coaching, youth work, tutoring)
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* a similar position or 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 5 years.
