The Agent Ticket Sales is responsible for serving customers in a caring, efficient and diplomatic manner and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
What You'll Do
* Promotes and sells air travel with American airlines, prepares itineraries, compute fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets
* Answer inquiries regarding general travel information
* Reconcile auditor coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received
* Must be able to accomplish personal audits
* Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision
