We are currently seeking a Process Controller to join our Cirencester area operations team.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and sociable team of professionals committed to delivering the production of millions of litres of water for customers.
Base Location: Latton - Cirencester - GL75QF, however, you will cover the wider area and drive between several different sites; therefore, you will need a full clean UK driving licence.
Working pattern: 38 hours per week, 07:30 – 15:36, Monday-Friday, plus the inclusion on a standby rota for which you will receive additional payment.
What will you be doing as a Process Controller
The successful candidate will be a key member of the area operations team and will deliver a high standard of work at our Water Treatment Works and Reservoirs. The role of Process Technician reports to the Production Manager along with other Process Technicians.
1. Completion of scheduled planned work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience.
2. Responding to reactive work to maintain our operational output and the supply of clean water to our customers.
3. Supporting internal and external stakeholders with large-scale planned work at our sites
4. Support the training of apprentices within the area if needed.
5. Promote a safe working environment through your actions and behaviours.
6. Out-of-hours stand-by work on a rotational basis.
7. The successful candidate will learn how to operate and optimise all processes and equipment in water treatment works to ensure water quality, compliance, safety and operational efficiency.

8. The ability to demonstrate logical thinking, attention to detail, and workload management.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full, clean UK driving licence.
11. Health and safety knowledge.
12. Ability to make decisions about our sites, sometimes under pressure.
13. Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships quickly
14. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
15. Competent with IT systems.
16. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build reports.
17. A license to Operate Water Production or equivalent qualification preferred, however, not essential as training will be provided.
18. Physically fit, as you may have to work in confined spaces, on successful completion of the appropriate training.
