About The Role Location: Mitcham, CR4 3BQ Salary: £39,124.80 / £16.66 per hour Overtime paid at X1.5 after 45 hours Potential to earn £25 lone working bonus per day before overtime which will be £6,500.00 to take your potential salary to £45,624.80 Hours: 4:00 am -14:00 pm Working every other Saturday 45 hours per week Overtime and weekend work available Full training given 4 out of 8 Bank Holidays needs to be worked double time and a day in lieu will be paid. About The Role What will I be doing? The role will involve the driving/loading and operation of vehicles including the loading of bins into the vehicle, collecting industrial and commercial waste from our customers and delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times. What are the requirements? You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.
