We are seeking a CRM & Campaign Manager to lead the day-to-day management and delivery of a newly launched loyalty programme and customer communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and creative individual to take full ownership of CRM performance, driving engagement, repeat visits, and revenue during a period of rapid growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the CRM strategy, managing seasonal campaigns, and optimising member journeys across email, digital and in-store communications. You will work closely with marketing, buying, IT, operations teams and external agencies to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and generate measurable results. You will also provide support to store teams, acting as the main point of contact for loyalty-related activity and ensuring consistent brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven CRM experience, ideally in retail or a multisite environment, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will be confident using data to drive decisions, experienced in campaign planning and project management, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.
