Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Full Time Number of Positions: 1 Qualifications Required: QTS or EYTS Start Date: 1st September 2026 Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 per annum Martenscroft Nursery School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our Outstanding-rated setting. We are a vibrant, inclusive nursery school and children’s centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care for children aged 5 months to 4 years. As an Early Years Teacher, you will: Deliver a rich, child-centred curriculum that supports holistic development. Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Work collaboratively with a skilled team of practitioners and support staff. Champion outdoor learning, creative exploration, and inclusive practice. Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development Enthusiasm for play-based, child-led learning Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing A reflective, proactive approach to professional development Why Join Us?
