Your Role
Are you ready to take the lead? As our Depot Manager, you will proactively manage the depot and inspire your team to achieve excellence. Your mission will be to ensure the highest standards of EHS and presentation while optimizing the availability and utilization of our rental assets. You’ll drive operational excellence and cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture through effective communication and hands-on leadership.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Overseeing the daily operations of the depot office and administration teams, including hire desk, contracts administration, and logistics.
* Engaging in workshop management and engineer oversight.
* Maintaining accurate systems and records with a focus on data entry precision.
* Supporting and mentoring office and administration teams through regular sessions.
* Ensuring compliance with all Company Policies and Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
* Conducting regular team meetings and participating in weekly depot discussions.
* Promoting exceptional customer service and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborating closely with the wider depot network, service department, and sales teams.
* Addressing issues promptly and fostering open communication for consistent problem resolution.
* Managing invoice dispute logs and query resolutions.
* Adhering to all Quality, Environmental Health, and Safety directives.

What We’re Looking For
* Hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in the service or rental industry.
* Proven leadership experience managing teams of 30+ individuals.
* A strong commitment to HSE and operational excellence.
* Organized, proactive, and focused on process improvement.
* Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and lead effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Confidence, approachability, and adaptability to change.
