Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Leeds-based charity, seeking an Interim HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis. This role will take the lead on policy updates and process improvement across the charity while reporting into the HR Director.
Responsibilities
* Review, update and maintain all HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best practice
* Collaborate with the wider HR team to embed updated policies into day-to-day practices and training materials
* Monitor changes in employment law and proactively recommend policy updates or process improvements
* Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure HR policies are aligned with business objectives and operational needs
* Ensure consistent application and understanding of HR policies across the organisation
* Support managers with policy interpretation and provide guidance on compliance-related queries

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have recent experience within a similar role updating policies and strong knowledge of employment law with a background working in charities, education, non‑for‑profit, healthcare or public sector.
