Business Development Manager

TieTalent. THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE, ACCEPTING APPLICANTS NATIONWIDE. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will identify and target commercial and education sectors to embed Apprenticeships into the workplace. Your goal is to generate new business opportunities to support sales revenue growth in line with targets. Meetings will be conducted via virtual platforms and face-to-face when possible. Main duties:
Generate and develop new business appointments and opportunities through outbound calling, emails, and social media. Understand sector requirements and how our Apprenticeship programmes deliver value, including for MSPs and the education sector. Establish upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Achieve activity levels and sales targets. Collaborate with the Managing Director on sector-led telesales campaigns. Knowledge/Skills:
Experience selling to the Apprenticeship market. Proven success in generating new business via phone and digital media. Ability to simplify complex solutions into clear value propositions. Experience nurturing relationships to grow revenue. Ability to operate at all organizational levels. Strong commercial awareness. Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot. Positive attitude, high energy, drive, and ambition. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work remotely and contribute to a team. Use of initiative and overcoming sales barriers. Benefits:
