Rullion is hiring an Account Delivery Consultant to join our specialist team covering Utilities, Energy, Transport, and Technology. While this role is focused on delivery, we are looking for a 270-mindset professional—someone who takes pride in owning the candidate experience and understands that exceptional delivery is the foundation of account growth.

The Role & Impact
You will be the delivery engine for a portfolio of longstanding accounts. This isn't about working a single niche; you will handle a diverse variety of roles across Utilities, Energy, Transport, and Tech, ensuring our clients’ most critical vacancies are filled with elite talent.
* Delivery Ownership: You will take full responsibility for the candidate journey, from initial sourcing and headhunting to offer management and onboarding within established ATS and PSL frameworks.
* Diverse Exposure: You’ll work across multiple high-compliance sectors, giving you a broad technical understanding of the national infrastructure landscape.
* Market Presence: You’ll be comfortable taking roles to market, using your expertise to attract talent for both agile SMEs and global enterprise organizations.
* The Path to AM: This role is designed for someone who is keen to progress. You will work closely with our Account Managers to master the delivery side of our partnerships, with a view to transitioning into full Account Management and eventually winning and expanding your own business.
