With the demand for Endoscopy Services increasing we have the opportunity for a Part Time Deputy Department Manager to join our Team. This post is across site working between Scarborough and Bridlington assisting with the daily running and development of the Endoscopy Services.
We work closely with York Endoscopy, ensuring training and development i s developed and delivered equally across the Trust. As part of your role you will assist with developing training and writing guidelines.
Main duties of the job
1. Managing the daily running of the Endoscopy department across Scarborough and Bridlington.
2. Assisting clinicians with diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopy procedures.
3. To complete pre-assessment for patients attending Endoscopy
4. To participate in int he Nurses on-call rota.
5. Complete Erosters and keep HR documents up to date working closely with staff members.
6. To keep training and development documents up to date with current guidelines and complete training with staff members.
7. To ensure all mandatory training is completed and attend other training opportunities which will assist you to ensure excellence care and practise within the department.
