Job Title: Plumber (First Fix & Second Fix)
Location: Nottingham
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out first fix plumbing works, including installation of pipework, soil & waste systems, hot and cold water supply, and drainage.
* Complete second fix plumbing tasks, such as fitting sanitaryware (toilets, sinks, showers, baths), radiators, taps, and kitchen appliances.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate installation.
* Test systems and check for leaks, ensuring all installations meet compliance and quality standards.
* Work closely with site managers, contractors, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and working areas in a safe and tidy condition.
* Adhere to UK health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Plumber in first fix and second fix works (residential and/or commercial).
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of UK plumbing regulations and standards.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Own tools and transport desirable.
