Location: Byfleet / Hybrid
Are you a dynamic marketing professional looking for a varied role where your creativity, strategic thinking, and organisational skills will make a real impact? We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join a client to help drive forward their marketing initiatives across the full marketing mix.
About the Role
As Marketing Officer, you will support both internal colleagues and external stakeholders by delivering a wide range of marketing activities. From managing website content and social media campaigns to supporting product launches and event planning, you’ll play a vital role in promoting the companies’ services and maintaining a consistent, engaging brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Collateral Creation and Management
Develop and manage content across the website and various digital platforms
Monitor and optimise SEO performance and analytics
Create engaging social media content and track campaign success
Design and maintain internal and external marketing materials
Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Assist in planning and executing events
Market Research
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Develop and analyse surveys, providing actionable insights for product development
Administrative Support
Manage marketing and regulatory email communications
Maintain branded documents, forms, and templates
Build strong working relationships with suppliers and freelancers
Provide meeting support including scheduling, booking rooms, and note-taking
Support general marketing administration and process improvement
About You
You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail. You are likely to have:
Proven experience in a marketing role across multiple channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing websites and digital content (CMS and SEO knowledge desirable)
A creative mindset with an understanding of branding and design principles
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
