Salary: £85,000£95,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits
A leading Tier 1 main contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London & Home Counties division. This is a great opportunity to work on high-value DfE projects and progress your career within a stable, well-respected business.

What Youll Be Doing
* Lead commercial management across multiple projects
* Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and commercial advice
* Manage your own projects independently
* Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control
* Support 2-stage tenders and framework schemes
* Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial targets are met
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams
What Were Looking For
* Tier 1 main contractor experience (essential)
* DfE project experience on schemes £20m£70m (essential)
* Strong background managing your own projects
* Experience with 2-stage procurement
* Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing
* HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
* RICS membership (or working xsngvjr towards) is beneficial
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
