Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run a bodyshop based in Yeovil.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of:
* Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies
* Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention
* Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards
* Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets
* Producing reports as required by the Group
