Monarch Education is seeking passionate, dedicated and creative Early Childhood Teachers to support Primary Schools across Bicester, working within EYFS (Nursery & Reception) .

What you’ll be doing
* Delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons following the EYFS curriculum
* Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Supporting early reading, phonics, play‑based learning and key developmental milestones
* Collaborating with classroom support staff and parents
* Ensuring every child feels safe, supported and excited to learn
We’re looking for…
* QTS or an equivalent early years teaching qualification
* Experience working within EYFS
* A positive, energetic and child‑centred approach
* Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
* A genuine passion for early childhood development
