Job Title: Risk & Resilience Manager Duration: 12 month initial contract
Rate: £550/day inside IR35 (via Umbrella)
Location: Edinburgh (twice/week onsite)
Job Description:
Risk & Resilience Manager required to join a Retail Banking client for a long-term programme of work based in Edinburgh (with hybrid working available)
The ideal and successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running.
Experience managing Business Process and Operational Resilience activities
Experience overseeing Risk practices within Retail Banking
Understanding of Customer Journey and the impact that resilience has on service use
Excellent analytical skills - need to be comfortable getting into the detail
Ability to work across multiple teams and workstreams concurrently
Excellent communication and leadership qualities, with ability to engage with senior stakeholders in an effective manner
