About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team in Tamworth, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring every individual feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their repair experience.
Key Responsibilities
14. Efficiently book vehicles in and arrange collections and returns
15. Handle inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries with professionalism
16. Manage customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively
17. Keep internal systems and insurer portals accurately updated
18. Build rapport with customers while maintaining precise administrative records
19. Work to performance targets, including customer satisfaction and service KPIs
20. Assist with vehicle movement onsite when required
What We’re Looking For
21. Experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
22. Excellent communication skills—face-to-face, phone, and email
23. Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
24. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
25. Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
26. A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
27. Local knowledge of the Tamworth area is a plus (for vehicle logistics)
28. A full UK driving licence is essential
