We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Fund Administrator to join a growing firm. In this role, the successful candidate will administer a complex range of private capital structures, including funds and corporate entities.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service throughout the full lifecycle of each structure. This includes maintaining strong relationships with clients and advisors, managing company secretarial matters, preparing for board and shareholder meetings, and coordinating fund operations such as investor calls and distributions. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is encouraged, along with a strong commitment to professional development.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar fund environment, a strong understanding of financial services and regulatory frameworks, and the ability to manage tasks independently. Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail are essential, along with a collaborative and flexible approach to meeting deadlines.
