An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Disputes Paralegal at a Legal 500 firm in Guildford. Preferred Requirements
* Demonstrated experience as a Disputes Paralegal or in a similar legal support role, with a strong understanding of dispute resolution processes.
* Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and synthesize relevant information from a variety of sources.
* Proficient in drafting clear and concise legal documents, including correspondence, witness statements, and case summaries.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* A relevant legal qualification, such as a Paralegal Studies diploma or a Law degree, is preferred.
* Experience working in a law firm or legal department, with a focus on dispute resolution, is highly desirable.
