About Our Graduate Programme
We offer a dynamic two-year Graduate Programme - an exceptional launchpad for your career as a future Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer. The program uniquely combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. You'll dive into hands-on experiences alongside our industry-leading teams, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in your engineering career. From day one, you'll benefit from a personalised on-the-job training plan tailored to the Civil & Structural department. This approach will allow you to apply your technical knowledge in real-world settings and provide ongoing support from experienced professionals. You’ll actively contribute to a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience every step of the way, and we are committed to developing your essential soft skills to complement your technical abilities with effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Contributing to the development of civil and structural designs that fulfil project requirements, satisfy client specifications, and address the needs of end users.
* Working with a team including other disciplines to produce safe, efficient, sustainable and buildable solutions.
* Providing project delivery by performing calculations manually and with industry-standard software, collaborating with technicians to develop sketches and CAD drawings, and ensuring all designs comply with our rigorous quality standards.

* Achieving a degree in civil, structural or architectural engineering or a related field.
