Job Description
* Ensure all risk assessments are up to date and digitalized per hotel and department
* Organize all compliance visits and maintenance repairs during the week/month/year according to Accor policy
* Ensure all compliance is up to date and follow up as needed to pass annual audits (Technical, Health and Safety, Food Safety)
* Perform monthly checks in kitchens to ensure compliance with HACCP standards and Accor policies
* Assist maintenance with monthly rota/payroll submissions and provisions
* Assist with maintenance provisions, request quotations, and process payments using tracking sheets and Tradeshift, organize urgent payments
* Help maintenance team plan daily tasks
* Ensure all monthly checks are completed and recorded (fire doors, extinguishers, legionella, waste management, means of escape, ladders)
* Ensure weekly checks are done and recorded (fire alarm test, lift alarm, panic button, weekly flushes, gym, defibrillator)
* Organize monthly fire safety training and ensure evac chair and DM training are scheduled
* Follow up on team trainings and conduct health and safety meetings
* Organize disposal of electrical and hazardous waste outside Veolia services
* Assist maintenance with daily tasks not involving electrical work
* Perform daily pool tests and monitor chemical levels
* Place orders for maintenance and other departments
* Record all incidents in PRIME and follow up as needed
