My client, a global Law Firm, is looking for a Legal Solutions engineer to join the team on a permanent basis in their Innovation Team is. The successful candidate will help design and deliver cutting-edge legal service solutions on a global basis.

Duties
* Facilitate workshops to understand legal workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Configure and deploy legal tech tools tailored to specific use cases.
* Explore and test new technologies, supporting integration and assessing value for stakeholders.
* Deliver training and demos to promote adoption and ensure users get the most from our tools.
* Help maintain documentation and develop standard operating procedures for consistent delivery.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and raise awareness of new capabilities across the firm.
* Track usage and impact of solutions to support continuous improvement.
Experience required
* 2+ years developing custom solutions using platforms like HighQ, Contract Express, BRYTER
* Strong understanding of legal documents and workflows
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, non-technical language
