Teaching Personnel are currently working with a secondary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for a full-time Maths Teacher to start after October half-term. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
About the role:
* Start-date: 3rd November
* Ongoing/long-term role
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS3/KS4, developing innovative teaching strategies and supporting students to achieve strong outcomes. You will collaborate with a strong department that values continuous professional development and student success. Additionally, you will identify gaps in learning and work closely with support staff to ensure individualised learning plans are put in place.
What we’re looking for:
* QTS specialising in maths
* Experience teaching at secondary level (trainee teacher placements included)
* Ability to plan and deliver high-quality maths lessons following the national curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff
* A passion for inspiring students and pushing them to succeed
