Our client is an established international manufacturer of wound and compression devices in consistent growth for more than 25 years, focused on internationalization, digitalisation and innovation.
They are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 6 (Account Managers & Clinical Support).
The successful candidate will be a commercially driven people manager, comfortable driving sales strategy across the region, with a proven track record of compression and wound care sales success.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance your people leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with a high-performing, collaborative team.
* Continue to support and lead their excellent track record of success across the South East of England within the NHS and ICS settings.
* Foster and nurture a culture of ambition and confidence.
* Employ your strategic commercial thinking to leverage maximum performance across the SE region.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
* Demonstrable experience in people management and leadership, developing high-performing device sales teams.
* Demonstrable experience and full accountability of commercial and strategic thinking to grow and protect your business.
* Demonstrable understanding, knowledge and success in promoting medical devices across NHS frameworks
* Must have compression and/or care sales experience within the NHS.
* Must have community sales experience at primary and secondary care levels.
