Position: B2B Business Development Manager
A leading provider of B2B business data and marketing data solutions has an immediate requirement for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Salary: Circa £45,000 – £65,000 with double OTE and a £6,000 car allowance

Location: Home-based with UK travel – must be able to get to Birmingham 3 times per month.

As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the UK corporate marketplace.
You will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients throughout the relationship lifecycle. Proven relationship-building and sales skills within the B2B marketplace are essential.
Applicants must have a successful track record in end-to-end B2B sales, including self-generated appointments, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role is field-based, requiring autonomous work and team collaboration where needed.
Salary depends on experience, ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, with an achievable double OTE (£100k).
