We are seeking a proactive and resilient Business Support Coordinator to join our clients team on the Isle of Wight. This role is to support the Trade Waste team and will involve reporting and administrative tasks. This fast-paced role, you will support operational collections team with a range of business support and administrative duties. This is a full time role for 3 months in the first instance.

Responsibilities include:

* Creating and processing purchase orders, invoices, and other transactional documentation
* Logging and managing missed collections and Garden Waste activity in the BARTEC system
* Supporting Trade Waste operations, including the issuance of business permits
* Coordinating with Maintenance, Finance, Trade, and Operations teams to meet administrative needs
* Managing data input and reporting through Excel and other systems
* Producing daily and weekly performance reports

You will be:

1. Highly organised, confident using IT systems, and has strong Excel skills
2. You will be able to handle high workloads, adapt to new tasks quickly
