The Role:
* Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple projects and sectors
* Oversee and support a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff
* Take full responsibility for cost control, profitability, and commercial performance
* Manage contracts, risk, procurement, and client relationships
* Work closely with directors to drive business growth and commercial strategy
* Play a key role in developing and improving internal processes
Project Portfolio:
* Projects ranging from GBP8M to GBP25M
* Sectors include residential, commercial fit-out, leisure, and mixed-use developments
* Based across London and the M25
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS ready to step up within M&E / Building Services
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Track record of delivering projects commercially across multiple sectors
* Excellent understanding of contracts, cost management, and risk
* Ambition and drive to progress into a Commercial Director role
