Responsibilities
* We are seeking an experienced Development Team Leader / Scrum Master to join our Agile Software Development Team. With strong facilitation skills, a passion for agile delivery and a natural ability to foster team collaboration.
* There will be a degree of autonomy within the role, working closely with the other members of the business and will report to the Service Delivery Manager.

* Hours of work are: 37 hours per week.

Qualifications
* Proven experience of managing a Development Team using Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
* Demonstrable knowledge and capabilities in Scrum & other agile frameworks, line management, project management, supplier management, and business relationship management.
