Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is looking to recruit a B2B Business Solutions Executive to join their team.
The Business Solutions Executive is responsible for achieving our client's goals by aligning with the brand and ethos. We seek a driven individual with exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. The role involves building relationships to drive sales and margins, collaborating with manufacturers for training and after-sales support.
A problem-solving mindset grounded in solid numerical understanding is essential. This sector offers an opportunity to stand out and create something unique.
Duties
* Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards
* Understand the promotional calendar and track supported sales
* Coordinate with the merchandiser and team to ensure timely stock allocation and delivery
* Generate leads through outbound activities
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline and customer base
* Utilize CRM to track leads and maximize opportunities
* Gather market intelligence, identify opportunities, and incorporate insights into business planning to meet targets
* Develop relationships with key clients and partner organizations to maximize revenue
Experience / Skills Required:
* At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or retail environments
* Experience in solution-driven hardware sales, including Value Added Resellers, is desirable
* Proven ability to generate new business leads
* Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
* Ability to analyze sales reports
* Flexible, positive attitude with a proactive approach
* Self-motivated team player
* Ability to adapt to technological changes in a fast-paced environment
* Continuous learner, eager to challenge and expand knowledge
