Junior Client Solutions Architect
The DDC Group has an amazing opportunity for a Junior Client Solutions Architect to join our growing global team. As a critical part of the Technology Team, reporting directly to the Head of AI Engineering, you will be responsible for supporting solution design and delivery by producing high‑quality documentation, carrying out research, and keeping up to date with modern technology trends. You’ll develop a strong understanding of end‑to‑end processes, take ownership of queries relating to existing solutions, and ensure workboards and artefacts are kept accurate and up to date. You’ll also deliver small automation and AI initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and helping drive innovation across the team.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, but flexibility required to meet business requirements.
Hybrid working: with flexibility to attend the office as and when requested.
Key Responsibilities
* Support solution design (“solutionising”) activities across client projects.
* Produce and maintain high‑quality technical and process documentation.
* Conduct research and stay up to date with modern technology trends and emerging tools.
* Learn and understand end‑to‑end solution delivery processes.
* Own and respond to queries related to existing client solutions.
* Maintain and update workboards to ensure accurate tracking of tasks and progress.
* Lead and deliver minor automation and AI solution projects.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

* Curiosity and enthusiasm to develop new skills, technologies, tools, and processes, particularly in automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
* The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including documenting solutions and engaging with stakeholders.
* Logical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to work through problems, even outside of technical settings.
* Able to manage tasks, prioritise work, and keep workboards and documentation accurate and up to date.
* Comfortable asking questions, seeking guidance, and taking initiative when support is needed.
* Able to work independently when required and contribute effectively as part of a team.
* Confident using standard digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, web applications, communication platforms) and modern software, with no advanced technical experience required.
* Care and accuracy when working on documentation, research, and solution‑related tasks.
