Your New Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible, andmitted primary teachers to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme.
As a Hays Guarantee Teacher, you'll enjoy pre-arranged supply work on the days you choose. You’ll work across a variety of primary schools, teaching EYFS to Year 6 depending on your strengths.
Your work might include:
Daily or short-term supply
Longer-term opportunities (if you're interested!)
PPA cover
Intervention & booster sessions
You’ll deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' learning, and follow school policies with professionalism and positivity.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To join our guarantee scheme, you’ll need:
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
A valid DBS (or willingness to apply)
At least 6 months’ UK primary teaching experience in the last 2 years
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Excellentmunication & organisational skills
A flexible, adaptable, reliable attitude
