* 37.5hrs Full time. Part time and bank also available

Here at Lifeways in Sleaford, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work. However, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
Our Supported Living services provide life-changing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions.
