Field Service Engineer / Water Treatment Engineer / Service Technician
The successful candidate will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repair of a variety of water and wastewater treatment systems, including reverse osmosis, demineralisation, water softening, ultrafiltration, electro‑deionisation, polymer dosing, cartridge media and related equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Electrical and mechanical maintenance, repair, and servicing of water and wastewater treatment equipment.
* Installation, calibration, maintenance, and verification of systems.
* Liaising with various engineering departments.
* Traveling across the South West region of the UK for onsite support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven engineering background with electrical experience.
* Experience working on water treatment systems and related components such as pumps, motors, valves, actuators, filters, UV systems, aeration systems, flow meters, instrumentation, chemical dosing, and control systems.
* Experience in field service roles (e.g., Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to travel across the Southwest region and work at various sites.
* Engineering qualifications desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of reverse osmosis, deionisation, and filtration systems is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
* £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
