Job Summary
Kidz4 is expanding! We are in search for someone passionate about children's wellbeing and yoga to join our Yoga teaching team. Ideally, someone who is a TA, University Student, looking for additional work after school or a qualified teacher would be great. However, if you have experience working with children (are DBS checked) then we would love to hear from you! This role would involve teaching our high-quality yoga programme, or assisting a 30 minute - hour yoga class for children ranging from 3-11 years.
Job role
Taking sole ownership for teaching a weekly Yoga after-school club with a commitment for a full 10 week term. Teaching our high-quality yoga programme (curriculum provided).
Attending 1 hour CPD per term on Zoom.
Bringing enthusiasm, passion and high professional nature to all sessions.
Writing end of term certificates for children.
Being committed to professionally developing, being creative and continually learning more about yoga!
Skills
Strong ability to educate students effectively about yoga practices and principles. Some knowledge of anatomy related to yoga practice is essential for ensuring safety during sessions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. A friendly and approachable demeanour that fosters a positive learning environment. Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different learning preferences among students.
