1. Salary of £26,745 (40hrs pw). Training salary is £23,402 (35hrs pw).
2. Annual salary increments: Year 2 - £27,411, Year 3 - £27,927, Year 4 - £28,446.
3. Additional earnings through a £600 per year driving allowance (subject to terms).
4. Additional £900 allowance per year for dual badge graduation
5. A potential first-year income up to £32,345 with overtime (based on an average of 8 hrs overtime pw & driving allowance).
