Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product inquiries, help drive sales, keep the store well‑stocked, organized, and visually appealing, handle transactions, manage customer issues and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection.
* Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
* Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
* Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and returns.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store goals.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and policies.
Qualifications
* Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changes.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

22.5 hours per week, worked across 3 days.
Information required for airport access
A five‑year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, will be required for this role as the store is airside in the departures lounge. These will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
