What you will do:
* Ensure every guest receives service that is to a high standard and is consistent
* To supervise the day to day operations on the reception and to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
* Reception Team Leaders are to attend, and give, hand over at the end and start of your shift.
* Be completely knowledgeable of room types, sales types, guest types, VIP codes and room rates. Maintain an excellent knowledge of room lay outs and features.
* Represent the COMO brand and reflect the COMO Metropolitan London mission statement
* Reception Team Leaders should set an example for employees to emulate and act as a role model.
Who you are:
* A individual who has abackground in Front Office hospitality would be beneficial
* Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.
* Apositivecharacter with aproactive approach and a self-driven attitude
* Someone who has Excellent attention to detail
* You have a responsible attitude with a calm and professional approach.
