General Manager - South East London We are recruiting for a General Manager to oversee approximately 10 sites across South East London area. This is a multi-site leadership role, so proven experience in managing across multiple locations is essential. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Club Managers, ensuring high standards are delivered across all sites. Whether it's school wrap-around care or a leisure centre camp, you'll lead diverse activities based on our 'Whole of Child' programming philosophy. As you grow in this role, you will pick up more schools & Leisure Centres to grow your portfolio in a cluster of high performing programs, highly engaged teams and unbreakable school relationships. A day of play COMMERCIALS Manage your Club Managers to drive club commercial performance by optimising costs, maximising revenue and managing your delivery hours to exceed budget expectations across your club or cluster or clubs. Coordinate local funding opportunities, working in partnership with your HEW and the Community Partnerships team. Collaborate with support functions (People, Marketing, Finance, Safeguarding, Customer Experience) to ensure all processes, guidelines and SOPs are followed across your school and/or cluster. Deliver club results, feedback and solutions to the Head of Education & Wellbeing. Working with the Head of Education & Wellbeing to collaborate and ensure your CoE & cluster achieve short and long-term business objectives. Ensure all clubs and teams within your cluster are delivering on our JAG promise to our partners, making sure contracts. PRODUCT & TRAINING DELIVERY Take ownership of the Adventure Program & Holiday HQ delivery within your cluster - ensuring that the product & programming is worldclass and embedded to ensure the child is at the heart of our business. Empower your teams to deliver an experience led program to our children, making sure their time with us is enriching and developmental. Coordinate the training calendar of your area to ensure that session delivery is forward thinking and sector changing Ensure our JAG brand standards are being delivered through our programming & engagement with children. PEOPLE LEADERSHIP Provide exceptional leadership of Club Managers within your cluster; promoting our culture, values and behaviours to continuously drive and improve our People, School and Child Happiness. Work closely with the Club Managers within your cluster to ensure each team member receives a world-class welcome to JAG UK, and all team members are given equal opportunity to attend on-going training. Be the first point of contact for any safeguarding issues raised in your cluster. Ensure all General Managers are compliant for Ofsted requirements. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Work closely with your HEW to grow new business through referrals & networking Develop and foster trusting relationships with Headteachers, business managers and governors to promote our JAG brand and expand our footprint within your cluster. Upsell and promote our additional service offerings to your current cluster to enhance our product offering and services. FUNDING & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Identify local community engagement to build trust and confidence Alongside your HEW, coordinate with key stakeholders, i.e. Local Authorities, Schools, Heads, Business Development managers, Governors etc, to ensure strong relationships are built & maintained.
