The Role
Keen to grow their business services, this progressive practice is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to play a key role in driving the growth and success of the commercial property practice in Essex, contributing to the firm's overall success and reputation. The key responsibilities include developing the team in Essex and providing guidance and support to members within the team, collaborating with other partners and teams effectively, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and having your own diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions/clients.
The Candidate
As the appointed Commercial Property Partner, you ideally have a network of contacts and connections who will be able to instruct you on future matters. You have substantial commercial property experience in the Essex market and are well versed in advising across the broad remit of real estate, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leasing and development work. Demonstrated business development success and a strong network in the Essex business community is a must for this role.
