Accounts Payable Manager - Manufacturing A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP function and lead a high-performing finance team. This role offers a great opportunity to drive process improvements, support system implementation, and play a key part in the company's ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely invoice processing. Manage and develop the Accounts Payable team, overseeing day-to-day operations and workload management. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all invoices are processed and approved promptly. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close for the AP function. Review supplier statement reconciliations, highlight discrepancies, and take corrective action where required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information and records. Support and contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system, improving automation and workflow efficiency. About You Minimum 4 years' experience in a full end-to-end Accounts Payable role. Proven experience managing or supervising an AP team. Strong understanding of supplier reconciliations and AP best practice. Experience with ERP implementation within a finance function. Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Manufacturing industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
