3rd Line Cloud Storage and PKI Engineer
Must have an Active DV Clearance.
Responsibilities
* Respond to escalations from 2nd Line support teams.
* Maintain and support PKI solutions across secure environments.
* Support backup and storage platforms and provide updates to leadership.
* Monitor systems using event management tooling and resolve incidents.
* Carry out change activities in line with defined processes.
* Support release readiness for new services entering live environments.
* Produce and maintain technical documentation and schedules.
* Travel to sites to support PKI activities when required.
Skills and Experience
* Strong experience with enterprise cloud storage platforms such as Dell Avamar and Data Domain.
* Solid understanding of PKI technologies including Microsoft and Thales solutions.
* Experience supporting cloud-based storage environments.
* Knowledge of VMware cloud technologies.
* Experience working with ITSM processes and tooling.
* Server administration experience across Windows Server environments.
* Exposure to event monitoring tools such as SCOM.
* Experience using VMware vCenter.
