The Company: Our client is a specialist provider of design, installation, repair, and maintenance services for Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Refrigeration, and Heat Recovery Systems. Operating across London and the South East, they focus on delivering high-quality bespoke systems, particularly within the high-end residential market. They are seeking an Installation Engineer to join their growing team. The role involves installing a variety of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Ventilation systems, making it well-suited for candidates with experience across different manufacturers and system types. The Role: Day to day work will be varied, dealing with different systems to suit bespoke HVAC projects, including standard splic air conditioning, VRV systems, residential ventilation, and specialist wine cellar cooling. As their focus is on specialist systems and willingness to learn and problem solve just as important as experience. Our customers have come to expect a high quality from our work therefore a high amount of care is required. AS an Installation Engineer, you will be expected to work independently, showing initiative and responsibility. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience installing Air Conditioning and Ventilation Knowledge of VRV, Multi-split, and Ventilation systems. Educated to NVQ level 2 or higher in an associated trade subject. F-gas certificate. Full UK driving licence. Required Skills: Self-motivated: able to accept responsibility and demonstrate initiative. Flexible: respond to business needs and demonstrate an ability and willingness to work independently and also within a close-knit team. Customer service skills: have great communication skills to deal directly with clients, be it the end user or the primary contractor, and uphold the company's high reputation. Problem Solving: be able to think through problems and apply general theories to equipment which you may not have encountered previously. Attention to detail: the ability to work to a high standard. Salary & benefits: Salary between £35,000 up to £45,000 (Depending on level of experience). Opportunities for training and further development.
