What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally, managing a full store operation independently overnight, responsible for the shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring standards are maintained at a high level to prepare the store for opening and serve customers effectively.
* Managing people, including performance management, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Comfortable working night shifts and adaptable to their physical and mental impacts, committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for the team.
* Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Resilient, capable of handling the mental and physical demands of night work.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach a team to deliver the same.
* Experience in monitoring KPIs or other performance indicators.
* Competent in managing disciplinary, performance, or employee relations issues.
* Ability to lead operations independently in the absence of senior management.
* Dedicated to promoting inclusivity in all aspects of work.
