Development Manager - Residential Developer
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a residential developer as a Development Manager, working on the development and delivery of housing schemes in the South West.

This is a new role within the business, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, with strong potential for career growth as the development pipeline expands. You will be responsible for managing sites from inception to completion, including land acquisition and driving schemes through development & delivery.
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 plus package.
Candidates should come from a land, planning, or development background with an understanding of the end-to-end development process for housing schemes.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating individual projects across multiple sites
* Ensuring projects meet the company’s objectives, including design specifications and financial targets
* Driving projects through acquisition, planning, design, and delivery stages
Key requirements:
* Degree qualification is desirable, preferably property-related
* Experience in progressing housebuilding projects through the development process
* Currently employed by a housebuilder or development agency
* Understanding of land acquisition, planning, design, and project delivery
* Driven, ambitious, and hungry for success
* Ability to work autonomously and independently
